The “Key” To Success

Took my car to have it serviced today; sounds pretty routine right?
The Service Advisor was cool as always and they got my car in and out within a reasonable amount of time. I was told that the car was in good shape for having over 110,000 miles…there are a few service relate matters that need to be taken care of so, I received a write up and cost estimates. After I paid for the work done, I took the paperwork to the porter.
This part was sort of comical, as I handed my paperwork to the porter I noticed that he had a small cardboard box full of tagged keys. It did not take a genious or high IQ to realize that they had misplaced my key. As the porter was running back and forth, I noticed that there were others who were waiting for their vehicles. It appears that this was a bit of a “service pandemic”.
After about 10 minutes, give or take, they identified my key and I was on my way.
